We have three options of shipping available at checkout to allow flexible ways to get your Kards to you.

Standard Shipping ( 2-3 working days)

Priority (Usually next day )

Urgent Next-Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (within UK)

Orders placed on Urgent Next-Day Delivery before 1pm dispatched same-working day.
Standard shipping orders are dispatched next working day (Mon-Fri).
Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st class mail the next working day. Can take up to 3 working days.

We believe in our products and trust you will too. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund within 7 business days of receiving your order. Your product must be in a re-saleable condition.

We do not offer refunds for personalised products.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Customers are required to cover the cost to return and advised to use a tracked method of shipping to ensure its arrival.
